A modern home with a minimalist tendency, the homeowners felt that despite their original aesthetic the home lived bare. We were brought in to marry the home’s simplicity with effervescence. Focusing in on a media / social space, we deftly divided the room up to serve more multi-functional needs.
This family of five requested a whole-house update on their lovely, uniquely space-planned 1980’s home. Our emphasis was to use spaces better, highlight the family’s playful personality in a more established way, and to use pattern and texture allowing their light-filled home to shine.
This space, solely dedicated to the creativity of the artist it was designed for, purposefully encourages interaction and the limitless possibility of boundaries. With multiple custom-designed built-ins, the opportunities are endless.
Many a child gets to the stage where a room can no longer accommodate their growing needs. With this motivation, we transformed this young lady’s space into something she feels like identifies her developing character. Both practical and spirited, this room now encapsulates what interests her now as well as what will appeal to her later.
No surface left untouched, this home experienced several updates at various stages. The homeowners’ artistic nature stands full-front to push boundaries and involve friends and family given their love to entertain.
A young family’s home, our emphasis is the interaction of grownups and children, the feeling of engagement and definition of their style throughout. Custom built-ins accommodate toys and easy reading. Furniture selections are precise to highlight the flow of each room.
With a first home and lots to tackle as they move in, this young couple turned to us via HGTV to update their space. Fresh, vibrant and more open, were the main objectives here and pattern and positivity fall right in line with our custom pieces in this space. These new home owners are all set to begin many memories.
After several years, this family had given up on their home’s potential. Ready to sell, we instead rebuilt rooms to better suit their lifestyle, encourage much congregation and remedy their wish for clean lines and a fresh feel.
A collector, this homeowner never quite knew how to use things she loved. In this lakeside home, we opened up the view, directionalized rooms to offer logical purpose and brought beloved pieces to the forefront along with mixing in many new pieces to give the home an updated feel.
With spaces built in wonderful proportion, this home remained largely empty until we lock-step helped identify the homeowner’s style. Our artistic decisions are individual and at full volume, none-the-less allowing for usability and approachability all the same. Marvelous downtown views are purposefully highlighted in this project.
Kutscher / Guest House
A home in the family for decades, this couple needed to revitalize for now and future generations. We kept true to the architectural era, modernizing and making warm, inviting areas throughout. This is relaxed living with ease.
Intent on staying in their home, this family of five needed purposeful alterations to use space well and keep it fun. With their playful personality, we used every nook and cranny to give each child unique areas and the adults the opportunity to participate in a space meant for entertaining guests of all ages.
